Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original product packaging with all accessories
• Accompanied by order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email info@sanctifiedenterprise.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sanctifiedenterprise.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
